Abigail Fine, Founder
Abigail Fine - certified dance educator, multi-time Director of the Year, and visionary founder of A Fine Impact—has dedicated her life to using dance as a vehicle for empowerment, connection, and opportunity. Creating A Fine Impact was a deeply personal milestone for Abigail, born from her lifelong dream of ensuring that every child, regardless of financial circumstance, can experience the joy, discipline, and confidence that dance provides. Through scholarships, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives, her nonprofit brings this dream to life, expanding access to high-quality dance education throughout the community.

Abigail carries this same passion into A Fine Dance Studio (AFDS), her state-of-the-art studio in Needham, MA. Under her leadership, AFDS has earned Best of the Best, Readers’ Choice, and Hometown Best honors for 16 consecutive years, as well as membership in the International Dance Association, the Star Dance Alliance Circle of Excellence, and five ADCC Studio of the Year awards. She remains humbled by the support surrounding her studio and its mission to cultivate healthy, well-rounded, and inspired dancers.

Immersed in dance since age three, Abigail trained extensively in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Latin Ballroom, Baton Twirling, and Musical Theater. She earned her teaching certification through the Dance Teachers Club of Boston and Dance Masters of America, later teaching alongside renowned choreographers at the Britney Spears Camp for the Performing Arts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, a double major in Nutrition and Health, and a minor in Dance and Somatic Movement Therapy from Springfield College, reinforcing her belief that dancers must care for both mind and body.

YPAD-certified and CPR/First Aid certified, Abigail is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where every student can grow. Known for her warmth, encouragement, and individualized teaching style, she pushes dancers to develop strength, artistry, and authentic self-expression. Many of her students have gone on to become educators, professional performers—including a Radio City Rockette—and touring artists.
At the heart of all her work—her studio, her nonprofit, and her teaching—lies Abigail’s dream: to inspire dancers, families, and communities through the transformative power of movement every single day.
